With a Bachelor’s degree in comparative literature and further training from the Publishing Training Centre (UK), I have been proofreading and editing since 2019 in both English and German. I’ve worked on countless academic papers, novels and non-fiction such as self-help, memoirs, historical books and cookbooks.

Alongside my love of reading, I’ve also always had a passion for food, which has been increasing steadily over the last few years. When I got the opportunity to work on some recipe books, I realised that this would be a perfect way to bring my biggest passions together. Ever since then, I’ve been expanding my knowledge on food, nutrition and cooking and experimenting more and more with my own recipes as well. P.S. If you’re a bit confused about where I come from: while my mother is English, I was born in Austria and raised bilingually. I’m based in Vienna at the moment and also offer my services in German.
